The Office of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Vanuatu commenced its two months internship program with the Vanuatu National University (VNU) beginning 21 of June 2021.

The internship program started with two final year students from the VNU who joined the Ombudsman’s office on placement as part of their Program of Studies. They will be assisting the Ombudsman Investigators to carry out investigations functions during their two months assignment before graduating from the University.

The Ombudsman, Mr. Hamlison Bulu is pleased to have the students on board, as he believes their involvement in certain areas of tasks will enhance their career path upon graduation.
