✅ Deadline: 1 March 2026
⚠️ Late filing after 14 March 2026 will result in names being published in the Official Gazette.
💰 Maximum penalty for failing to file: VT 2,000,000.
So far, only a small number of Leaders have filed. If you have not yet submitted your Annual Return, please act now to comply with the Leadership Code Act [CAP.240].
