The Ombudsman of Vanuatu reminds every person defined as a Leader under the Constitution of the Republic of Vanuatu and the Leadership Code Act [Cap.240] to file their Annual Returns for 2025 with the Office of the Ombudsman no later than 1st March 2026.

In accordance with the Leadership Code Act, leaders who fail to file their Annual Returns by the due date will be granted an additional 14 days. This grace period will end on 14th March 2026.

The Annual Return forms can be accessed on the Ombudsman’s official website www.ombudsman.gov.vu or by visiting the Ombudsman’s Office opposite the former Ministry of Finance building.
