The Ombudsman of the Republic of Vanuatu has met this week with the Public Service Commission Members and Senior Members of the PSC Secretariat in a meeting held at the Public Service Commission Head Quarters in Port Vila Republic of Vanuatu.

Ombudsman Bulu made a presentation on the Leadership Code to the members of the Commission and their duty as Leaders to always comply with the Law. The Leaders were reminded on the due date to file their annual returns before 1st of March 2022. Before ending his presentation, Ombudsman Bulu stressed to all that it is the duty of everyone to combat corruption, his office alone cannot combat corruption

Both institutions are looking forward to sign a memorandum of understanding to better deal with alleged corrupt activities within the public sector in the future.
